Job Description

At All Hallows, we are currently recruiting for a Wellbeing Coordinator to work for an average of 18.5 hours per week.

All Hallows is a care home with nursing, situated in the thriving market town of Bungay on the Norfolk / Suffolk border. The home provides full time nursing care as well as short term respite care.

You will organise,co-ordinate and facilitate meaningful and stimulating activities for daily living, including organising an activities programme that will maintain interest and progression over a period of time.

As Wellbeing Coordinator, you will work as part of a team to promote and maintain a high standard of care and ensuring the emotional, physical and social wellbeing of the residents by planning and implementing meaningful social activities appropriate to the resident’s needs, wishes and preferences including supporting daily living opportunities.
